  have been going to this Clinpath for 5 years. There seems to be a constant turnover of phlebotomists in the recent 12 months. Every time I go for my blood test, there is a different person. In May 2021, patients were left waiting outside the room for > 30 mins after the supposed opening time, only to be told the staff would not turn up for another hour. This morning, I went for my blood taking at 0800, the gentleman before me went into the room for a good 15 mins. I was just wondering what sorts of tests would take that long....... when I went in, I had my share of experience of multiple failed blood drawing attempts (1st time in 30 years locally and overseas), Still no luck.. ........ no choice but have to go to another lab again in a few days (after the holes on the veins recover).. just think although I cannot be certain what have happened to other people, at least I can share mine and hope the Clinpath management will look into their staffing issue

  Long wait times and only 1 staff taking all samples, it’s been an hour waiting for my number in fasting, pls increase staff n facilities

  Not good for kids! Sometimes busy specially in the morning. My son fainted after taken 3 bottles blood tests and nurse told we can sit outside as he looks fine!!! It happened just 10 seconds after we left the room. Really terrible experience! Skinny 11 years boy should stay/lay a bit longer in the same room not depending how busy! Please not follow same patients to the waiting area see what happens! Thanks Dr Seshu Boda for your prompt action! Appreciate!
